We’re excited to work with you! To get started, please complete our Carrier Onboarding Form. We will send you our agreement shortly after we receive your information. The onboarding form is a bit detailed, but it helps us ensure smooth, secure operations for everyone.

Please have the following documents ready to upload:

  • Copy of your MC Authority

  • Certificate of Insurance listing MOVA Logistics LLC as the certificate holder

  • W-9 Form
